Kirsty is the founder of Milk & Honey. She has over 25 years of experience in corporate brand PR and communications. Kirsty has a privileged view of the communications landscape having held leadership positions in successful City and financial, technology, corporate and consumer agencies. Laura is keeper of the cash! A chartered accountant with a master’s degree from Erasmus, Laura spent ten years auditing with EY before joining the board at Milk & Honey. She plays a central role in directing the business. Keeping us on an upward growth trajectory whilst ensuring client’s budgets are treated with care. Ensuring we deliver the best possible return on investment.

Fran heads up consumer. She started her media career as an assistant on a TV production company in 2007 before moving to PR. Since then she has held a number of senior positions in global agencies designing and delivering high impact campaigns for technology, wellness and consumer lifestyle and retail brands. These include Kellogg’s, Diageo, Philips, P&G, Nikon, Moonpig and Sony.

At the hive, Fran has board responsibility for talent development and wellbeing. Ensuring the whole team are growing, learning and supporting one another.

Fran heads up consumer. She started her media career as an assistant on a TV production company in 2007 before moving to PR. Caroline Gruen

Caroline heads up our B2B and client services. She started her multi-award winning PR career in 2009 in-house within the automotive industry before moving to central government, then to global agency Weber Shandwick. 
 
Over the years Caroline has built up quite the awards cabinet, having been recognised in PRWeek’s 30 under 30 in 2016 and celebrated for her client campaigns along the way too. As a board director at the hive, she leads our client quality and measurement activity, ensuring every creative campaign has demonstrable business results.

Caroline heads up our B2B and government affairs offers. She started her multi-award Caroline heads up our B2B and client services. After moving to Sydney for four years, her focus turned to all things technology and innovation (IT & networking, software development, telecoms, consumer electronics) where she represented global tech giants Cisco and GitHub, amongst others.

Having crafted first-class campaigns and relationships on both sides of the world, Caroline’s experience has taught her the ability to adapt at the drop of a hat. Caroline has learnt from the best in the industry and is passionate about inspiring her team to believe in themselves, be brave and continue raising the bar.

Lewis has a drive to create stories that not only generate press interest, but stories that also deliver the value his client is looking for. He also specialises in working across Europe with agency partners. In total, Lewis is working with five agencies across Europe to grow the reach of his existing accounts. Not only adding value for his clients but forging a connected comms strategy blueprint for the future.   

Outside of the 9-5 hours, Lewis uses his PR skills to push for better understanding of bisexual people. He regularly contributes to Metro, HuffPost and Independent on the subject as well as a weekly podcast. Last year he featured on the cover of Attitude magazines January 2020 issue ‘Activist and Allies’ recognising him as one of the leading LGBT activists in the UK.

Kelly Horn

Dublin native Kelly started her career at a tech PR agency in 2018, working with early stage start-ups to help them refine and develop their messaging. Before joining the hive, Olivia worked as a digital specialist for a healthcare and technology agency. Here she was creating social media content, developing lead generation campaigns and reporting on digital activity to drive optimised outcomes for a range of clients from pharmaceutical to cybersecurity.

When away from her desk you will find her exploring the streets of London or booking a flight for her next overseas adventure.

Petrina is another amongst us with a dual career, a seasoned EA and now head of operations, capable of keeping the board in check and a super talented baker.  

Having worked with Kirsty in a previous agency, the two work together in sync. Petrina is energetic, innovative and motivated with strong attention to detail. She keeps the office humming, occasionally fuelled by some fabulous edible creations.

With a degree in International Relations, Eloïse moved to the big city in 2018 to kick-off a career in PR. This fostered a passion for all things corpsumer, digital, and social impact. She loves nothing more than sparking creative ideas and thinking strategically on new business pitches. As well as drafting content and seeking newsjacking opportunities for clients. A massive people person and multi-linguist, she is focused on building a global roster of media relationships.

Before joining the Hive, Eloïse worked at London PR agencies Weber Shandwick, Hanover Communications and Portland. Over the years she’s gained a portfolio of multinational clients spanning not-for-profithealthcare, public affairs, B2B, corporate, consumer and tech.   

Outside of PR you can find her practicing yoga, chancing her efforts at becoming the next west-end star (in her kitchen) and reviewing pints of Guinness.

With a degree in International Relations, Eloïse moved to the big city in 2018 to kick-off a career in PR. This fostered a passion for all things corpsumer, digital, and social impact. She loves nothing more than sparking creative ideas and thinking strategically on new business pitches. As well as drafting content and seeking newsjacking opportunities for clients. A massive people person and multi-linguist, she is focused on building a global roster of media relationships.

Before joining the Hive, Eloïse worked at London PR agencies Weber Shandwick, Hanover Communications and Portland. Over the years she’s gained a portfolio of multinational clients spanning not-for-profithealthcare, public affairs, B2B, corporate, consumer and tech.   

Outside of PR you can find her practicing yoga, chancing her efforts at becoming the next west-end star (in her kitchen) and reviewing pints of Guinness.
