Kirsty Leighton

Kirsty is the founder of Milk & Honey. She has over 20 years of experience in brand PR and communications. She has a rather privileged view of the communications landscape having held leadership positions in successful City and financial, technology, corporate and consumer agencies. She started Milk & Honey determined to put people first, creating a happy and healthy place to work. Where passion and creativity are prized. Where clients are celebrated. One where there is time to think, to go the extra mile. A land of opportunity.

Kirsty is the founder of Milk & Honey. She has over 20 years of experience in brand PR and communications. Caroline Addy

Caroline began her PR career in 2010 working on high profile campaigns across a variety of consumer sectors, including food & drink, not-for-profit and entertainment. After moving to Sydney for four years, her focus turned to all things technology and innovation (IT & networking, software development, telecoms, consumer electronics) where she represented global tech giants Cisco and GitHub, amongst others.

Having crafted first-class campaigns and relationships on both sides of the world, Caroline’s experience has taught her the ability to adapt at the drop of a hat. Caroline has learnt from the best in the industry and is passionate about inspiring her team to believe in themselves, be brave and continue raising the bar.

After a year on the board in London, Caroline returned to Sydney to lead our Australian business.

Caroline began her PR career in 2010 working on high profile campaigns across a variety of consumer sectors, including food & drink, not-for-profit and entertainment. After moving to Sydney for four years, her focus turned to all things technology and innovation (IT & networking, software development, telecoms, consumer electronics) where she represented global tech giants Cisco and GitHub, amongst others.

Francesca O’Connor

Fran heads up all things creative and consumer. She started her media career as an assistant on a TV production company in 2007 before moving to PR. Since then she has held a number of senior positions in global agencies designing and delivering high impact campaigns for technology, wellness and consumer lifestyle and retail brands. These include Kellogg’s, Diageo, Philips, P&G, Nikon, Moonpig and Sony.

At the hive, Fran has board responsibility for talent development and recruitment. Ensuring the whole team are growing, learning and supporting one another.

Tom Rouse

Tom started life as a journalist before moving into public relations in 2012, specialising in creative campaign development. Over the years he has won every creative award going – from Cannes Young Lions, to PRWeek’s 30 under 30 (our third!), to PRCA and CIPR campaign awards. Tom balances freelance creative director responsibilities at the hive with an associate lecturer position at the London College of Communications, guiding the next generation of communicators.

He works across the full Milk & Honey portfolio, bringing a fresh creative perspective and assisting the team in the pitching and delivery of award-worthy campaigns.

He brings with him a wealth of creative experience, having delivered integrated campaigns for the likes of Microsoft, Ubisoft, Travelex, Bic and HomeAway.

Sonja Robertson

Rachel Proctor

As well as her creative flair, she has an eagle eye for news jacking opportunities whilst managing campaigns for clients. Outside of work she enjoys finding new places in the city to eat, drink and dance.

She comes from a rounded marketing background and is always looking to keep growing her skills. She completed her master’s in publishing from University College London in 2017. Her experience in media strategy and advertising planning brings further breadth, skills and insights to our clients’ campaigns.

Having grown up in Kenya to Italian parents, Luciana is our resident linguist. Fluent in Italian, French, Swahili and of course English. Her effervescent energy coupled with a sharp eye for planning detail ensures our campaigns always deliver.

Ailene can bring the star quality out in new spokespeople and is always on the lookout for broadcast opportunities to maximise exposure.

Badara is of Swedish-Gambian descent, having spent most of his childhood between Sweden and the Gambia. His infectious energy, coupled with an eagle eye for detail, ensures Badara delivers every time with minimal fuss and maximum effort.
